The City of Akron passed Ordinance 301-2008 vacating Blinn Steet. This is excellent news as it officially confirms what Daryll Klienhentz told citizens at the November Ward 2 meeting.
At that meeting Daryll advised that the Planning Department would be blocking off Blinn Street by the end of the year. Recently FHPA was advised that this work would be completed by the Highway Department (Public Works).
